Vancouver fishing charters in the last few weeks have been for the brave souls, as the weather has not been nice most days. But there have been a few people that have braved the weather.
English bay has been producing some fish on the West van shoreline mainly using spoons. Gibbs flaming hans or the Silver horde Irish cream seem to be 2 that are doing well behind a Gibbs high liner flasher.

Gear out on March 4th.
Not to many people have been fishing across the straight, and it has slowed down quite a bit at Porlier pass but still a few fish being caught there. South of the South arm of the Fraser river near the coal port there’s still quite a few Springs getting caught there and mainly on spoons Gibbs or Silver Hordes.
Howe sound has been producing a few nice fish 3rd Marker, Tunstal, Hutt or Grace islands is a good bet to try. The fish that have been caught have been on strip, anchovies or spoons and dragging the bottom as usual. Gibbs flaming hans has worked and so has the Silver Horde Irish cream and Kitchen sink by themselves or behind a Gibbs highliner flasher.
