Another few good days on the water in the Vancouver salmon charter seen. The West van shoreline still is producing some good number of Coho salmon and a few nice Springs mixed in. There isn’t as many fish getting caught as a few days ago but that could easily have something to do with the all night thunder and lightning storm we had on tuesday night and have turned them a bit timid for a few days. We still did pretty good today we kept 6 hatchery Coho and released a wild one and all together had 17 hits. The crabbing today was great we kept 20 legal crab out of 2 traps.
There also have been a few more Spring salmon getting caught in the Bell buoy area which should just continue to get better as the Fraser river run of Spring return. Most other areas haven’t been fished much because of the production on the West van shoreline but can still be a good bet. Look at my Twitter to get daily updates while I’m on the water. Call to book a charter or if you have any questions feel free to ask I will help you any way I can. Until next time good luck Mark
