The fishing in the last week has really started to pick up off the South end of Bowen island and Defence islands. There have been some great days out there with quite a few boats getting limits while most boats tending to get at least a couple nice Springs. The water hasn’t been that nice but the weather seems to be settling down. Most fish seem to be getting caught between 70ft and 110ft on anchovie, spoons, or hootchies. There have been a few good days up at Defence islands up near the top end of Howe Sound. Looks like the fishing will just get better if we gat a few days in a row of calm water. Crabbing remains very good and will continue. The commercial prawning starts soon but until they do prawning is awsome. Until next time good luck. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call I will help you out anyway I can to make your trip the best it can be. Look out for more reports from future Vancouver, BC salmon fishing charters.  Cheers Mark
